Customer Engagement: Work with international customers and colleagues from Germany, France, the Czech Republic, and the US

Research and Development: Conception and implementation of new functions in complex application landscapes

User Interface Design: Development and design of new web interfaces and optimization of their usability and performance

System Architecture: JavaScript Frontend development in different architectures (including serverside/ clientside/ single-page). Evaluation and introduction of innovative Frontend technologies; Development of various Frontends for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, dashboard applications, data visualization, and prototype development in close cooperation with our UI/ UX team

Communication: Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written)

Hands-On Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in international software projects (flexible depending on how fast your learning and technical developing capabilities are); Professional experience in the implementation of complex JavaScript applications; Professional experience in ReactJS and its ecosystem

Industry Knowledge: Degree in engineering or natural sciences (university or technical college); A passion for software development, new trends, and technologies in IT

Development Tools: Understanding of software development tools, processes, and architecture; Experience with TypeScript, Webpack, Redux

Languages: In-depth understanding of in HTML/ CSS, JavaScript

Frameworks and Libraries: Experience with Frontend frameworks such as ReactJS

Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience with unit testing frameworks (Mocha, Jest, Enzyme...)

Methodologies: Experience in agile software development

Version Control: Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git is preferred)

Personal Attributes: Sense of responsibility, communication skills, and team spirit

Learning Orientation: Willingness to learn and build a deep understanding

Adaptability: Be able to work independently and under pressure
