TopDev is looking for a Front-End Team Leader to join the journey of creating the top IT jobs platform in Vietnam.
Working as a team lead within a technical team, you will be responsible for the productivity of the team and the quality of their work. You will have a good balance between technical and people skills and be able to coordinate the team’s activities across the different stages of the product development lifecycle.
Trách nhiệm công việc
- Planning, estimation, requirement analysis, database designing, wireframing, layout design of assigned project.
- Assigning JIRA tickets, holding regular project reviews with team members.
- Writing code / unit tests, suggesting new technologies.
- Performing code review with team members.
- Training and mentoring of team members.
- Maintaining skill set matrix of the team.
- People management & Technical management.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- At least 3 years of Professional experience in a software development environment.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS.
- Solid knowledge of Javascript, Jquery.
- Excellent knowledge of any of the following:
- Javascript Frameworks: Vuejs, Nextjs.
- PHP Frameworks: laravel.
- Apache/Linux.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Teamwork and Leadership skills.
- Team management skills.
