Fresher Product Management/ BA

• Work closely with Product Manager in all activities related to product development align with company‘s strategies
• Consult idea and write instructional documents for development team
• Visualize the GUI: create prototype, wireframes, mockups/screens, user flow and process models
• Ensure solutions are consistent with business objectives and strategy and company technology standards
• Verify product quality; support in testing
• Collaborate with other departments including marketing, Business team, Development team, Operation...
• Work with Development team following Agile Scrum model.
• Design UX/CX for Product/Service to make the best experience for users
• Up-to-date product trends, competitors' products

•  Academic background in Information Technology, Business administrator, Design...
• Passion for creating and delivering products/ service
• Logical and critical thinking person with desire & ability to analyze data
• Reliable team member who can work both as individual and as a team
• Responsible, open-minded and eager to learn
• Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work, able to work under pressure

Nice to have:

• Experienced in business analysis, market & competitors research is a plus
• Experienced in evaluating and designing IT products is a plus
• Good English communication is a plus
