Responsible for Research, compile, analyze information on digital products, services, functionalities, technologies on digital platforms of domestic players and international players to identify new products, services, new markets, sales opportunities, applicable technologies and the most effective methods of marketing specified products.
Trách nhiệm công việc
- Research and compile data related to current product market, customers, platforms functionalities, technologies and factors that influencing product demand;
- Research and compile data of competitors such as products, features, pricing & fee, marketing methodology;
- Analyze results to identify way to maximize sales and usage of the current products, functionalities;
- Make recommendation related to the research findings;
- Report key findings in a proper template;
- Perform other tasks requested by line manager
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- University gradution or above in Economy, Finance, Commerce, Marketing; Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge in the field of information technology
- Minimum 7 years (Senior Specialist)/5 years (Specialist)/3 years (Senior Officer) experiences in Market research, Market analysis; In which at least 3 years experiences in Banking products or technologies;
- Strong understanding of Financial and Banking products and services;
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and platform ecosystems;
- Superior research and analytical skills;
- Ability to translate complex concept and methodologies into easily understood language;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong English communication skills.
