DESIGN TEAM LEADER (UX/UI & Graphic)

Report to: Department Manager

As the Design Team Leader, you will own the entire product design and be responsible for both the look and feel of an online recruitment platform that will be used by hundreds of thousands of users & corporate customers. As our first Design Team leader hire, you will play a foundational role in defining and building out the Product Design function and team.

• Manage Design Team to organize & deliver output for Design-related tasks from other departments include but not limited to Graphic Design, Creative & UX/UI Design of Web/ Application
  • Work closely with Product & Development team for new services/ feature planning from prototype, mockup to real-life products
  • Work closely with Marketing & Sales team to design banners (online & offline POSMs, social media, email marketing, landing pages…)
• Collaborate with leaders & managers to define the concept & objectives of design output based on company strategic plan
• Secure company brand identity, design system & product design consistency
• Conduct user research and use data to develop insights/ improvement that translate into product design, design with data
• Market research & competitor analysis for delivering better product interface & user experience

• From 4+ years experience of UX/UI & product design, experience in managing people
• Working experience delivering multiple projects with cross-disciplined teams
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch or similar design tools to develop wireframes and prototypes
• Knowledge of technical constraints with HTML5, CSS3
• Working experience designing tech products from the scratch
• Ability to balance delightful design with the need to move quickly and iterate
• Attention to details, user-centric & data-driven mindset
• Big advantages:

  • Good English communication
• As you will manage Graphic Designer team members, it would be nice if you have related experience/ knowledge and familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator.
