Data Quality Control & Logical Validation (35%)
- Review and verify the logical consistency of extracted data based on project coding criteria and classification standards.
- Identify and report data anomalies or errors to the Data team, ensuring all outputs meet quality benchmarks.
- Work closely with the internal Data team to address data integrity issues promptly.
Data Processing (30%)
- Perform quality checks (QC) on classified social media data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Export and structure data from social media listening platforms.
- Visualize data through charts, dashboards, and slide decks in alignment with project templates and client requirements.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in outputs formatting and visuals.
Data File Management (20%)
- Maintain and organize data files systematically to ensure ease of access, traceability, and version control.
- Implement best practices for data storage and documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to track data versions and ensure consistency across project stages.
Cross-team Collaboration (15%)
- Collaborate closely with Research (RS) and Data teams to thoroughly understand project objectives, client requirements, and deliverable expectations.
- Provide clear communication regarding data structures, limitations, and insights to support Research reporting.
- Be proactive in clarifying project scopes and data requests to ensure alignment between teams.
