The Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer roles provides technical support, monitoring, and management of our customer’s public cloud infrastructure environment. You will work in a small progressive “startup” team, challenging yourself and your colleagues technically to drive positive customer experience.

- Management and monitoring of ticket queue.
- Rota cover for 24/7 service and/or on call.
- Deliver build and support for customer solutions, leveraging automation and delivery mechanisms for efficiency and scalability.
- Provide transition support for Azure Cloud environments.
- Azure platform changes of varying complexity.
- Troubleshooting issues of the varying complexity.
- Drive strong customer satisfaction (NPS) through Exceptional Support.
- Support the success and development of others in the team.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
[Essential requirements]
- A strong background in either Azure, AWS, and/or demonstrative hosting-specific technical skills:
- Compute and Networking
- Storage and Content Delivery
- Database
- Administration and Security
- Deployment and Management
- Application Services
- Analytics
- Mobile Services
- Working knowledge of either Azure or AWS Products & Services, Relational and either NoSQL or Azure Cosmos DB Databases, Caching, Object and Block Storage, Scaling, Load Balancing, CDNs, Networking etc.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Windows or Linux operating systems (RHEL, CentOS and Ubuntu) or strong Networking skills. PowerShell / Shell scripting, experience of supporting and troubleshooting issues and performance.
- Intermediate understanding of central networking concepts: VLANs, layer2/3 routing, access lists & load balancing.
- Good understanding of design of native Cloud applications, Cloud application design patterns and practices.
- Either Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, or Associate Cloud Architect AWS certification – Minimum.
[Desirable requirements]
- ITIL foundation certification minimum.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Good understanding of one or more programming languages.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and methods – Agile & Lean Development, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Automation etc.
- Knowledge of hybrid Cloud technologies.
- Experience with either Azure, or AWS Terraform modules, Cloud formation and/or Sceptre.
- Passion for cloud technologies with a willingness to learn.
- Open Minded, Positive, Creative, and Collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Start-up mentality.
- You work best in an environment of rapid change.
- Strong technical background in Azure and Windows.
- Well-organized, self-motivated individual that can work independently with minimal direction.
