Trách nhiệm công việc

Assist in managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
Connect and engage customers in Singapore following Singapore Business strategy

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
Manage proposal response process, including detailed requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in-line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Bachelor’s degree in business or management
Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working experience in IT industry with sales techniques

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM software (i.e., Hubspot)
Ability to deliver presentations
Good at English communication

Salary:

Hourly Rate: Remuneration will be based on the number of hours spent in client meetings as requested by our team. The hourly rate will be determined upon mutual agreement.
Commission: Applicable to any deals independently managed and closed by you. (upto 5%)
Representative Allowance: A fixed monthly allowance of Upto $500 for assuming the role of official representative.
