You will join the digital marketing project team in Vietnam. Our team members reflect the character of our digital marketing project through a flexible, friendly, and open culture that is both inspiring, fun, and filled with a lot of challenges. You will work as Business Analysis (BA) in this project.
Trách nhiệm công việc
- Analyze the client requirements
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Transferring knowledge to the project team and following up to support change management
- Building functional specs & UI specs with wireframes
- Ensure clean and accurate documentation including: business and client requirements, technical specifications and reports.
- Support on the User Acceptance Testing ensuring that customer expectations are met.
- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Support on the creation of new proposals to clients, helping to analysis requirements, task and workflow analysis, business process definition, use cases, scenarios, etc.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Bachelor’s degree from engineering school in Computer Science.
- More than 6 years of experience in software development industry with +4 years on Business Analyst role: analyzing business requirements, creating Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs, etc.
- Strong knowledge about Web/Online development, broad knowledge of contemporary web systems, sites and concepts such as Social Networks, Social Community, Online Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, SaaS, Cloud, etc.
- Experience in building wireframes and knowing UI/UX differences between platforms.
- Having experience in chat bot, especially with Dialog Flow is a plus
- Good proficiency in English both written and verbal. Japanese is a plus.
- Having ability to work independently and in a team
