Giới thiệu về công ty
- Understand customer business process, needs and requirements
- Analyze the requirements from customers in business view and end-user view
- Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development and provide input to design and product specifications
- Document functional and business requirements
- Create wireframes, activity diagrams and system process flows
- Tracking all change requests from customer. Manage all requirements, specifications, change request of the project
- Work with development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems
- Follow task development, carry out UAT and demo/train end-users.
Trách nhiệm công việc
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, needs, concerns and problems to build project roadmap as well as to develop and prioritize user stories.
- Coordinate with external design teams or contribute to UI/UX design during the project.
- Engage in team discussions to be informed of actual implementation progress and understand implementation issues then explain to clients in non-technical language.
- Identify and manage gaps between actual implementation and client’s expectations.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Major in Information Technology (Master/University/Collage) and at least 3 years’ experience
- Have a deep knowledge of software development process & experience in Web & Mobile Application
- Advance using Microsoft Visio, Prototyping, Wireframe & use case tools
- Strong business analytical skill and logical mind. Be able to grasp the complex software system and learn quickly
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Good design documentation is required. Experience in creating clear, concise documentations
- Good UML knowledge is a great asset
- Good communication, presentation and management skills
- English fluency, especially in writing and reading
