We are looking for an API Product Manager who has experience working for a technology / SaaS firm preferably as an API product manager. The candidate will work directly with the founders of the company and will help shape the overall strategy and direction of our product launch.
The API Product Manager will be charged with driving strategic initiatives around everything with regard to their API Blockchain product offering with a goal to deliver scalable, value-added innovative API products across all services. You will be and be aware of all technological advancements and especially their Commercial worth to the company and clients alike.

- Support the development, scoping, and prioritization of our API product strategy and create strong API product propositions plans
- Create and maintain the API product portfolio roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind, while overseeing our product life cycle.
- Able to anticipate and identify problems that may affect our timeline; support ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative analytic products.
- Lead user interviews, identify key user stories, propose products / bets to be launched.
- Work with engineers to execute, conscientious of time-to-market and capable of optimizing resources
- Design end-to-end API features, from research / ideation to validation and implementation.
- Scope technical requirements, create conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and product design / requirement documents.
- Able to take ownership of your projects, communicate requirements and timelines with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed with the utmost quality.
- Define features, write API product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ship products/features in a timely manner
- Interview and interact with protocols and their commercial teams to discover the true customer needs and ensure value is delivered upon release of new products and existing product enhancements
- Represent the team in communication with cross functional teams
- Have an opinion that collaborate with all facets of the business to build a growth mindset culture
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Experience in delivering products at 'scale' in an Agile manner
- Technical Background – ideally Developer
- Strong knowledge around API (Rest API etc.)
- Fix Protocol/ RFQ Quotes in a bank or Low Latency/High volume Payments solutions
- Strong Ability to influence internally and advanced product knowledge combined with a commercial and client mindset
- Experience building / leading a world-class API product
- GIBC GrafQL knowledge distinct advantage / knowledge of langages Python, Golang, R and JSON
- Ideally understand the mechanics of the blockchain and smart contracts
- Major in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira / notion and database (MongoDB, etc).
- Full-time role (40 hours / week).
- Fluent to native competency in english
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Meticulous and analytical thinker with strong work ethics and a passion for excellence.
