As an agile coach you will be responsible for coaching multiple cross-functional agile teams working across business and technology, key expectations from your role will be 4 fold:
- Developing coherent ways of working across teams and organizational levels
- Coaching all levels of the organization towards agility mindsets and behaviors
- Focused on coaching towards measurable business and customer outcomes
- Capability building towards new ways of workings to enhance organizational agile maturity
As we start our enterprise agility journey, you will work closely with multiple teams operating in agile organizational leaders and other agile practitioners to continuously build and improve knowledge in the application of lean and agile approaches towards employees, customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities will range from shaping strategic product designs to managing and transforming agile teams. To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication skills to coach and mentor teams and leaders on Agile values and principles and be comfortable structuring a large-scale Agile transformation with uncertain or changing constraints. Some key tents of your role as an agile coach will include, but not be limited towards.
- Not following a single approach towards coaching your teams using lean and agile methodologies and frameworks, while knowledge of frameworks is important, we appreciate each organization and teams thereof carry their own need of agile frameworks
- Ability to use a blend of agile frameworks at a team and enterprise level such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAfE, LeSS
- Building and coaching multiple teams across a range of agile maturity from beginner to high performing
- Coach and train leadership, teams, and various agile roles towards a value and outcome mindset
- Focus on performance and team agile maturity metrics which enable ongoing tracking and growth of teams operating in agile
- Focus on building operating model interfaces between agile and non-agile parts of the organization
- Codify agile ways of working for teams to enable teams to have a consistent approach towards agility as they start on their agile journey
- Build an end to end customer and business value driving mindset and culture
- Drive engineering practices with “technical teams” using DevOps and agile accelerators towards a continuous improvement mindset
- Facilitate agile ceremonies/ events at an enterprise level for agile at scale such as Big Room planning, Quarterly Business review etc.
- Empower leadership teams in building, growing and sustaining thriving agile teams
- Facilitate workshops, boot-camps, training and sessions at team and organizational level
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
- At least 4-6 years of experience leading Agile projects including IT and non-IT projectss
- Passionate and interested in drivers of digital disruption both from a customer and organizational perspective
- Demonstrated experience at driving Agile transformations from design to implementation
- Knowledge of technical engineering best practices, e.g., test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps, etc.
- Experience coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices
- Active in the Agile community, published papers, participation at conferences as speaker and contribution to Agile interest groups
- Strong collaborative problem solver
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex ideas effectively
