1. Internal Event Planning & Coordination
- Support in organizing and executing internal events such as company parties, anniversaries, holiday celebrations, team-building activities, company trips, and so on.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, catering, decoration, transportation, and scheduling.
- Ensure all activities are completed on time and within scope.
- Gather and analyze post-event feedback to improve future initiatives.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop and implement content calendars aligned with company branding and communications.
- Create or coordinate the creation of engaging content (text, photo, video) to showcase company culture and activities.
- Monitor social media engagement and provide regular performance reports and suggestions for improvement.
3. Administrative Support
- Provide daily administrative support to the Admin/HR team and other departments.
- Maintain internal documentation, office supplies, and records related to events and company activities.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing and managing parking cards/ access cards.
- Contribute to internal communications and initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
4. Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Work with Media team to design visual content (posters, banners, digital materials) for events and social media.
- Ensure all visual materials are aligned with the company’s brand identity.
