20 Back-End Developer (.NET, Java) - All levels

• Must have strong technical skill at least 1 specific system (Web App, Mobile App, ERP, CRM) and take responsibility for designing that solution in project.
• Perform the role of Quality Control at each phase of development process.
• Analyze and design system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources.
• Communicate with customer in requirement collection, progress reporting and trouble solving.
• Ready to support customer at out of business working hours when there is request.
• Make WBS and detailed schedule for project’s development scope.
• Lead, coach Software Developer and review the quality of their design and implementation.
• Lead in researching and coaching new technology for growing up subordinates’ development skill.
• Follow the direction of leader and line manager in researching new technology.
• Report to Leader and Line Manager.

• Graduated from College or University majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields.
• 1~5 years’ experience as Java, .NET Programmer / Developer for Based Software Solutions and expertise in on programming language.
• Good design documentation is required
• Able to build team work’s spirit.
• Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
• Fluency in any modern object oriented programming language.
• Self-motivated, team lead, good team player and result oriented.

Nice To have

• Have experience in JavaScript, Jquery, NodeJS, AngularJS
• Fair in Japanese (N3) and English (pre-intermediate).
• Japanese company and Japanese language experience is preferable.
• Knowledge in Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics, Production Master, Sales, CRM,... is preferable.
• Direct experience from Automotive and/or Industrial sector would be a plus.
