About Company
Your role & responsibilities
- Monitor and quickly respond to any requests related to IT issues from end-user
- Install, configure, maintain and upgrade Laptop/ PC software
- Create and manage fingerprint for new employee
- Manage IT equipment, network system (LAN, WAN) and Responsible for Laptop, PC’s, Printers, Servers, related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, router, camera, hard drive, etc)
- Assist to prepare/ set up equipment/ device for the onboarding of new users
- Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
- Following strictly our ISO procedure
- Other tasks as per business needs
Your skills & qualifications
- At least 1,5 years of experience in Helpdesk job
- Knowledge and experience in WAN, LAN, network, hardware, Linux, Window
- Good communication and can work well in a team or individual
- Proactive, friendly and high responsibility
- Ability to learn new technologies/ knowledge
- Can communicate in English is required (No fluency required, just need candidates to confidently communicate)
