About Company

Your role & responsibilities

  • Monitor and quickly respond to any requests related to IT issues from end-user
  • Install, configure, maintain and upgrade Laptop/ PC software
  • Create and manage fingerprint for new employee
  • Manage IT equipment, network system (LAN, WAN) and Responsible for Laptop, PC’s, Printers, Servers, related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, router, camera, hard drive, etc)
  • Assist to prepare/ set up equipment/ device for the onboarding of new users
  • Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
  • Following strictly our ISO procedure
  • Other tasks as per business needs

Your skills & qualifications

  • At least 1,5 years of experience in Helpdesk job
  • Knowledge and experience in WAN, LAN, network, hardware, Linux, Window
  • Good communication and can work well in a team or individual
  • Proactive, friendly and high responsibility
  • Ability to learn new technologies/ knowledge
  • Can communicate in English is required (No fluency required, just need candidates to confidently communicate)
