About Company
Lead our small high performance team of developers in building an audio platform for large numbers of users across Southeast Asia.
Your role & responsibilities
Main tools to build:
- Audio self-publishing platform for creators.
- Audio listening apps for users in multiple countries (starting with Vietnam and Indonesia).
- Random cool audio-related tech that excites us.
Main content categories:
- Podcasts (like iTunes, Spotify).
- Online Radio.
- Online Education (like Masterclass, De Dao, Byju’s).
- Audio Livestream (like Spoon Radio, Lizhi).
- Audiobooks (like Audible, Ximalaya).
Your skills & qualifications
- Lead a 5-10 person team of developers (frontend, backend, full-stack) in planning, architecting, and building our audio platform and audio tools.
- Be willing to dive into code yourself to implement new features, fix bugs, and code review.
- Our current apps:
- Work well with product managers, leadership, and UI / UX / designers.
- Mentor, train, and develop the team for world-class performance.
- Be comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
- Help founders and leadership make decisions about strategy and product roadmap.
