We are hiring a technical assistant for supporting integration with other merchants' systems
Your responsibility would be to understand all the functionality of the REST API that Vani system defines for integration and help developers from other merchants. In addition, technical assistants also should communicate with in-house development teams of Vani in order to understand issues related to the merchants’ system
In order to succeed in this role, you should be passionate about learning our services and should have a solid background in REST API’s features such as authentication and authorization, json structure, HTTP protocol. Last but not least, a technical engineer should read and understand the logs generated by the vani system, find issues and explain what the problem is to the developers from other companies

Your role & responsibilities

Understanding services that mobile applications provide to customers
Understanding Vani’s API documentation and explaining the details to a merchant’s developers
Troubleshooting the issue related to the other company’s systems and reporting the issue
Searching logs via OpenSearch(ElasticSearch), defining the issue and explaining the issues to the developers
Communicating with developers from Vani and also from other companies for system integration

Your skills & qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS:

At least 3 years of relevant experience as a backend engineer
Ability to understand REST API documentation and test API requests via tools like Postman
Thorough understanding of HTTP Protocol, especially HTTP Header, Authentication/Authorization, HTTP Status Code, JSON Structure
Ability to explain the overall process of the Vani system to the developers from other companies and help them understand and develop the API that the Vani system requires

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or field related to the products being developed required
