Your role & responsibilities
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party
- Creating a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
- Highly organized and excellent time management ability
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/ Information Technology
- Experience working/ leading with Scrum or other scrum-related tools (Eg: Jira)
- Experience in UML: able to use diagrams to present to customers.
- Experience in software development
- Can use English to communicate directly with customers (Toeic 700+)
- Knowledge of AI, ML, DevOps
- Strong at leadership and problem-solving skills, concentration, pro-active and independent
- Responsible and a high level of delivery
- A strong analytical mindset
- Hard working and self-driven
- Fearless and eager to meet new exciting and difficult challenges every day
- Energetic team-player with great communication skills
