About Company
Your role & responsibilities
- Provide solution, support, and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Monitor Ticket system for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
- Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting network problems, and escalating problems to vendor
- Review and monitor the carrying out data backups and administration
- Responsible for managing, supervising members to follow the processes and policies of the company
- Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager
- Daily / Weekly / On-demand report the progress and status of the assigned tasks.
Your skills & qualifications
- Strong knowledge of networks and firewalls.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows.
- Degree in System/Networking or relevant
- Determining and finding information technology solutions if needed.
- At least 5 years of experience an IT System Administrator
- Good at teamwork, capable of managing team members.
- Good at analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to research & learn new technology
- Good English communication and documentation.
