Your role & responsibilities

Communicate with customer in requirement collection, progress reporting and trouble solving.
Transform customer’s requirements into logical, economical and practical system designs.
Ready to support customer at out of business working hours when there is request.
Analyze and design system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources.
Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written.
Lead in researching and coaching new technology for growing up subordinates’ development skill.
Organize technical training for team
Manage small team 3~5 members
Report to Project Leader and Line Manager.

Your skills & qualifications

Staff:

Have experience in any of following techniques C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, .Net.
Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
Able to work under tight schedule.
Good design documentation is required.
Able to build team work’s spirit.
Fair in English.

Leader:

2~3 experience-years with RPA software and minimum 1 year as Team Leader in RPA project.
+3 experience-years in any of following techniques C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.
Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
Able to work under tight schedule.
Good design documentation is required.
Able to build team work’s spirit.
Fair in English.
