Understand project requirements and identify test requirements
Plan and estimate testing activities and create test case
Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases
Report and monitor defects in the defect tracking system
Flexible to discuss the new ideas with Product Operator and Technical team
Communicate issues to the project manager in timely manner
Collaborate with Technical leaders and product team to provide feedback and guidance to set the test strategies
Support development team to reproduce the bugs, improve user experience
Directly communicate issues and do demo to client
Handle multiple assignment concurrently
Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality

Your skills & qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related (at least 1 year experience)
Experience in testing web application and mobile testing on several browsers and mobile platforms.
Software Testing: Regression, User Acception testing, Function Acception testing...
Solid experience in creating and implementing test strategues and detailed test plan, test case
Good analytical thinking and how to determine the root cause of the issue/ problem
Strong experience in estimating test activities and deliverable
Effectively manage time and individually prioritize assignments
Familiar with Agile development process, esp. Scrum framework
Ability to use task management tools, e.g. Trello, Jira, Youtrack...
RESTful know-how with tooling support, e.g. Postman, Charles
Basic knowledge of UX is a plus
