- Design and develop services

- Train junior/middle software engineers
- Develop clean and maintainable code
- Discuss system/software architecture with team
Your skills & qualifications
- 2 year experience in Back-end (Ruby on Rails)
- You will do a Ruby coding challenge at home and can search Google
Must-Have
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Motivation to learn new programming languages and techniques
- Ability to communicate in English
Nice-To-Have
- Familiarity with unit test in Rails
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
