About Company
- Reviewing current systems.
- Maintaining the systems once they are up and running.
- Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals.
- Working closely with data engineers, system analysts, designers and staff.
- Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes.
- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live.
- Preparation of training manuals for users.
Your skills & qualifications
- Have 1-2 years experience.
- Ability to use these development languages & tools including PHP, Python, SQL, Javascript, .Net
- (C#), Bash Shell, Hadoop, SOLR, Elasticsearch is a plus.
- Can work independently on a given problem -- exploration of solutions and their trade-offs.
- Reliable team member -- good code style, documentation; familiar with team tools.
- Responsible, honest, open, respectful and willing to learn e.g. new programming languages & techniques.
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively in English.
