Who we’re looking for?

We seek an experienced Software Development Manager who understands the challenges and imperatives of agile software to take full ownership of our architecture, design, and development. Your role will be to lead our development team to deliver business relevant solutions that provide insight and enable decision making. You will need significant experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to define, prioritize and deliver the development roadmap. To be successful in this position, you will need to be a clear communicator to support shared understanding and delivery of key milestones.

Your role & responsibilities

  • Manages full cycle development process
  • Supervises the daily activities and work plan of the scrum teams. Directly supervises and approves personnel actions of the scrum teams including hiring, training, performance review and timely employee evaluations and corrective action procedures.
  • Defines timelines for team goals as they align to overall organizational objectives. Ensures work being done by team is jointly and regularly prioritized between the team and their respective business partners.
  • Works with global product management team and assists team members for decision-making and problem-solving. Provides escalation support for employees and staff to resolve issues and support operations.
  • Regular 1-1 meetings with members of scrum teams. Set, track and achieve team and individual goals.
  • Track and direct team's progress toward completion, communicating regularly with project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Monitors and reports to Management board all system functions, errors, and areas for continuous improvement by recommending the implementation of enhancements.
  • Understands and keeps up to date with latest software development trends. Promotes individual learning and self-directed development of team members.
  • Identifies staff learning needs and coordinate with global training team to develop and schedule necessary trainings.
  • Ensures reports are completed accurately and timely.

Your skills & qualifications

Competences

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience of management experience in Software Development.
  • A minimum of 5 years as a Full Stack software developer working with C#, .Net
  • A minimum of 2 years as a Effectively worked with all levels of management across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor individuals, build and lead teams.
  • Effective prioritization and project management skills.
  • Familiar with SDLC process and Agile methodologies
