Diagnose and decide technical solutions; manage progress and quality of installation, maintenance and service activities; provide technical support to sales team; contribute in group service and part sales with the objective to ensure service’s quality and deadline deliverable within product techniques and service standard; guidelines and established policies.

Your role & responsibilities

1. INSTALLATION

  • Plan, allocate resources and monitor costs; help engineers diagnose and resolve problems; assist engineers to influence suppliers for complex matters in order to optimise resources and timely delivery equipment to customers

2. OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

  • Guide theory; train system operations, application and maintenance in order to ensure equipment operated probably and efficiently

3. MAINTENANCE/SERVICE PERFORMANCE

  • Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problem; recommend new products or equipment upgrades in order to make equipment perform reliably.

4. TECHNICAL ADVICE

  • Conduct need analysis, recommend equipment model and its applications, explain technical concerns in order to support sales during pre-sales progress

5. SERVICE AND PART SALES

  • Review calculate sheet, make quotation, follow up and close sales, chasing for AR in order to achieve team sales target

6. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

  • Review and recommend work’s process, technical service procedures and standard policies in order to improve work performance

Your skills & qualifications
  • Education: Degree (in Technical and Engineering)
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years working experience in the field of electronics and refrigeration.
  • Skills: Good listening, speaking, reading, writing English
  • Others: Basic understanding of Instrumentation Equipment
