As a UX designer, you are the key person to cultivating the product spirit with the end goal to give users the best experience from using Beincomm. The nature of work is challenging but fulfilling.
Your role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers, technical development team to design product features from ideas to launch
Requirement understanding:
- Learn the product requirement from draft ideas, Information Architecture diagrams to more detailed guidelines such as wireframes
- Deeply understand the user need, business needs, user flow
Design ideation:
- Research and analysis of industry standards, do pros & cons benchmarking
- Propose design solutions and present them to the Product team for brainstorming
- Work with the design team to finalize the detailed product design
Development and rollout follow up:
- Support development team on questions, concerns
- Support tracking, analyze user behavior, product metrics to continuously improve the product design
Own, manage design system strategy and details:
- Propose, implement, enhance the design foundation, components, patterns to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience
- Involve in defining User Flow, polishing user interactions, etc. with the end goal to deliver the best possible User Experience to our users
- Research the latest and most effective best practices to apply to the designer team
Your skills & qualifications
Must have:
- Good understanding of colors, typography, and layout (web & mobile)
- Hands-on experience in working on software products in the designer role (minimum of 3 years)
- Proficiency in some of the design and prototype tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, etc.
- Great understanding of UI/UX best practices, ability to design for mobile applications (Android, iOS, etc) as well as responsive web platforms
- Addicted to user experience, a strong sense of user empathy
- Up-to-date with design trends, user experience analysis techniques, and research skills
Nice to have:
- Good track record for successful products from scratch to launch
- Handful knowledge and experience in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing user experience
- Able to think out of the box and eager to design a product that supports the lives of millions of people
