About Company
We are looking for a Senior QA/QC Engineer with solid testing and interpersonal skills. You'll participate in passionate, high competence and joyful teams to ensure quality for software products, which are serving millions of people.
Your role & responsibilities
- Analyze functional and non-functional test basis, requirement documents of software products
- Design testing plan and quality criteria for new products or requirements
- Work closely with development teams to prepare test environment and data preparation.
- Derive test specifications and test cases with in-depth understanding of requirements and testing techniques
- Perform testing activities from start to delivery of tasks and tracking status of found defects
- Research for new tools and testing approach to increase team performance and quality
- Support, review and provide necessary training to junior teammates.
Your skills & qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software testing for various web and/or mobile applications
- Strong functional/ non-functional testing skills and solid knowledge of testing processes and techniques.
- Basic in database testing and writing SQL queries
- Familiar with issue and test management tools like Jira, Redmine, Zephyr, TestRail…
- Good logical thinking, analytical and issue solving skills
- Have passion in testing, open minded and able to self-motivated
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields.
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certificate is plus
