Senior Project Manager

Projects Manager:

• Be responsible to CISO, CIO, PSC for the timeline and quality of project/initiatives assigned
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques in accordance to the bank's project management methodology
• Resource Management as per pre-agreement with member and in aligned with project charter, project plan
• Ensure compliance of project activities to internal regulation as well as other applicable regulation for assigned projects
• Manage the communication within the projects
• Control project risk management within the projects
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Be able to handle at least 4 projects/initiatives concurrently

Leadership:

• Demonstrate and achieve the cybersecurity goals to secure the Bank
• Ensure that skills are kept relevant meet the Business Initiatives
• Be able to manage and guide project managers

Reporting and Administration:

• Regularly report to CISO, CIO, PSC regarding progress and the implementation of project, timely request for decisions
• Collect, analyze and produce report for IT Security every month

Relevant Experience:

• Have at least 5 years of experiences in PM role for IT/Security Projects
• Have knowledge about Information Security: network security, OS security, application security and virus/malwares
• Have knowledge about international security standards, good oriented on technology, wide understanding about various technologies and services.
• Have knowledge about security frameworks: ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ITIL…
