The Product Owner is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision. The Product Owner’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Your role & responsibilities:

Work with Department Manager & key stakeholders to define and manage product roadmaps to achieve business goals and strategies
In charge of full product development tasks: analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping, launching & monitoring all services on TopDev website/ mobile product & internal system
Collaborate with other teams in the company to break down business requirements:
- Assist Development team in the full implementation of new/ upgraded features
- Work closely with Marketing & Sales team to make product release plan for achieving targets
Create and assist in maintaining product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, the logic flows, and functional specifications.
Monitor & analyze data (user, platform, traffic, etc...) and feedback to measure a product's effectiveness, and make necessary improvements for better customer experience
Understand markets, competition, and customer/user requirements to propose new features/ services

Your skills & qualifications:

At least 05 years of experience in a product management and Leader role experience
Experience in product company, especially online platform is a big advantage
Ability to think critically, analyze and solve problems with a strong attention to detail
Experience in making decision by data-driven mindset, performance-oriented approach, working experience with data analytics tools/ platforms like Google Analytics, Data Studio
Passion for good product design & optimal user experience
User & business needs understanding & ability to make it valuable products in reality
Experience working directly with Development Team & other business teams
Good English communication (writing & speaking)
Experience in Mobile Application Development is a plus
