About Company
Shift Asia is a leading company in Software Solution Development. We are building a new team of talented engineers to extend the software development service. We place the value of service quality on top of our priority; therefore, we are looking for an exceptional process quality assurance (PQA) engineer to join our new business team. The candidate must have strong experience in building/maintaining the software development process. The candidate will work closely with the software development team to gather project data, analyse, and report to PMO.
Your role & responsibilities
- Define/maintenance the software development process.
- Conduct the training courses to deploy the process to delivery members.
- Monitor / audit the project weekly to ensure that project members are following the process and the projects are managed properly. Provide correct analysis and can forecast production process to prevent quality issues.
- Measurement and Analysis of the project data to figure out the issues to improve the process.
- Manage the historical data of the projects.
Your skills & qualifications
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a Process Quality Assurance position in an IT outsourcing company.
- Good documentation skill.
- Good English communication.
- Good communication skill as well as good training skill.
- Knowledge of CMMI (or ISO 9001) and Agile.
