Lead and shape the premium segment of beer and beyond-beer category development through sustainable growth, superior brand power, breakthrough communication, and first-in-market innovative products and experiential solutions, while building the bench strength of local marketing talents for HVN.

Your role & responsibilities

Performance & strategic development

  • Portfolio performance monitoring, reporting & strategic implications
  • Portfolio’s annual ICP & AP lead
  • Portfolio quarterly Business Reviews (BU ICP) lead
  • Portfolio strategic research needs identification & liaison with CMI/Global
  • Heineken® Masterbrand transition oversee & guideline development
  • Ensure total premium team are engaged and delivered strategy through campaigns/ initiative.

Break-through communication & Campaign management

  • Winning communication strategy (data-driven, researched-based, continuously learned)
  • Campaigns development, planning & delivery on-time in-full
  • Media plan, media buy strategy, PR and control all media sources
  • Effective IMC development
  • Campaigns performance review, continuous learnings & strategic implication
  • Drive Marketing Mix, Touchpoint selection, Sponsorship, and other Marketing effectiveness tools
  • Portfolio communication research
  • Regional tailor-made communication if any

Incubation growing, learnings & innovation development

  • Heineken® 0.0, Strongbow & Edelweiss commercial & campaign performance management, reporting, continuous learnings & strategic implications
  • Portfolio brand innovation initiatives management (stage/gate, integrated planning, oversees commercial deployment, measurements, learnings & conclusions)
  • Portfolio Innovation research

Resources planning & allocation

  • Portfolio resources allocation, integrated tracking & optimization recommendation
  • ABTL investment & touchpoints efficiency and prioritization
  • People & culture development: Cultural building in accordance with HEINEKEN values

Your skills & qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Marketing Manager position and extensive experience in Marketing, Brand Management, and commercial leadership within MNCs, ideally in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven success in managing brands and campaigns driven by consumer insights, creative excellence, and innovation.
  • Expertise in crafting integrated commercial and communication plans that deliver measurable ROI and tangible business results.
  • Experience managing brands across their lifecycle (innovation, incubation, high growth, maturity) and navigating complex geographic dynamics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and multichannel campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in industry, brands and consumers research, analytics and insights generation
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with solid business acumen.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate internally (global/local cross functions) & externally (agencies/partners).
  • Proficiency in resource planning and efficient allocation of large-scale investments.
  • People-oriented & transversal leadership.
