The ideal candidate is fluent in web and mobile applications design best practices and familiar with current design trends. You attend to the valuable small details where most designers miss, and the capability to get your eam up to the next level will be the most precious contribution.
Your role & responsibilities
- Manage design team quality, productivity and personal development.
- Take lead design role in critical projects / critical customers.
- Take part in the usability / user experience research process with other teams.
- Analyze user experience insights and create user experience guidelines for projects.
- Develop necessary design documents for internal use or for customer use.
- Develop strategic project plans for critical projects.
Your skills & qualifications
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience with web and / or mobile user interface design.
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience with web and / or mobile development projects, from exploration to product launch.
- Adequate content exploration and searching skills to curate appropriate contents for the user interfaces of different product types, business types and audience types.
- Adequate knowledge about Human-Computer interaction standard, with good sense of user experience.
- Adequate knowledge about Design Thinking Process, with or without formal process practices experience.
- Adequate English communicative skills, to interact with project documents and project communication with foreign project management teams.
- If you could conduct a presentation or workshop in English language full time, we will have a benefit package offered to you.
- Understanding and / or practical experience with Design System development.
