Senior Data Engineer (Azure)

• Be part of Agile Development team involved in Sprints to deliver world class solutions
• Involved in ideation and suctioning sessions for product capabilities
• Preferred candidates will have good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and data warehousing concepts.
• Preferred candidates will have knowledge of BI technologies, methodologies, and their application is a plus
• Preferred candidates will have experience with AWS particularly AWS Glue
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development with sprints

• Have a bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
• Experience in Azure (> 2 Years is advantage)
• Python and C++ programming language,
• SQL, SQL DB, extensive ETL experience, Apache Hadoop and Spark,
• May have experience in building ETL/ELT through PySpark. .
• May have experience in designing job orchestration (ADF), sequence, metadata design, Audit trail, dynamic parameter passing and error/exception handling .
• Agile delivery- A person must be able to show/review design and code on a daily basis .
• Person must know test cases creation, unit testing, integration testing and QA testing.
• Very good communication skills . Should be able to make design recommendations, and build out new design patterns
• Experience in Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure service bus, Azure functions.
