Responsibilities
Cloud Services Management: Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications using modern development frameworks and tools; Ensure cloud applications are designed for scalability, high availability, and optimal performance.
Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Performance Optimization: Ensure cloud applications are designed for scalability, high availability, and optimal performance.
System Monitoring: Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively manage application performance and health.
Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to identify areas of improvement in existing solutions.
Data Analysis: Analyse current codebase for inefficiencies, bugs, and potential performance bottlenecks.
Design Review & System Optimization: Implement changes to optimize existing code for better performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Feature Development: Enhance the functionality of existing solutions by incorporating new features and technologies.
Code Refactoring: Apply best practices in refactoring, ensuring code quality and consistency.
Test Execution Reporting: Utilize automated testing and continuous integration tools to validate refactored code.
Requirements
Languages: English proficiency (written & spoken) to work with international clients.
Frameworks and Libraries: Advanced knowledge of C# and .NET/.NET Core frameworks.
Hands-On Experience: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS EKS.
Experience: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Operating Systems: Expertise in profiling and optimizing application performance.
Additional Skills: Real-time Platforms: Experience in supporting real-time platforms running on highly optimized servers
Databases: PostgreSQL Expertise: Solid experience with PostgreSQL, preferably with exposure to AWS RDS and serverless Aurora.
Methodologies: CI/CD: Proficiency in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment methodologies and tools.
Teamwork: Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Adaptability: [Preferred] Willing to learn RUST commercial/business programming experience.
Cloud Services: Preferred Qualifications: AWS Certification. Previous experience in the financial and real-time trading industry. AWS Expertise: Proficiency in AWS technologies, including EC2, RDS, S3, and Elastic Load Balancing.
