Today, VIETMAP is known as a leading company in Vietnam about digital map making as well as GIS services and products providing.
We are looking for a Senior Back End Developer to join our IS &T team.
Your role & responsibilities
- To write, review and maintain software programs from design specifications that are in compliance with established coding quality standard of the company.
- Perform the code review, code refactor if required.
- To be trained or self-train on new technologies.
- Encourage to contribute the ideas for system architecture and design decisions.
- Join in all required phases from planning, estimation, designing, developing the implementation, testing, and deployment to maintenance.
Your skills & qualifications
- Must have 05+ years of experience in web development with C#, ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core, EF or EF Core, Web API.
- Have experience developing REST APIs for both public and private consumption
- Have experience with or eager to learn React, HTML5, and CSS3.
- You are a detail-oriented and goal-driven person.
- Experience on MS SQL Server, including T-SQL and relational design best practices
- Experience on LINQ, Entity Framework, or Dapper
- Experience on REST API, JSON Web Token (JWT)
- Strong knowledge and experience with OOP & SOLID
- Principles and common design patterns2. Nice to have
- Experienced with code reviews and able to provide feedback and guidance to colleagues.
- [Big plus] REST API design and microservices implementation.
- Have knowledge or experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Have knowledge or experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Kubernetes, Docker or other container technologies.
- Have knowledge or experience with CI/CD.
- Clean Code and coding standards.
- Unit test or TDD.
- Git (e.g.: Bitbucket, Azure DevOps...).
- Ability to research, adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Eager to learn new technologies.
- Experience with code coverage, secure coding, and refactoring
- Experience with browser performance is a plus
- Comfortable working on both frontend and backend
