- AINovation has 2 openings for experienced and motivated (Senior) Backend Developer who will join our dynamic Software Development Team in the midst of exciting product development.The ideal candidates for these roles will be motivated and excited to take responsibility for large parts of our products/ applications as well as be a strong mentor for the software development team for the expansion in a very near future. Someone who has been successful at building scalable, maintainable and extensible software on a .NET platform is preferable. If you have the desire to work in a startup environment- things move extremely fast and change quite a bit around here, we would like to meet you.
- As a (Senior) Backend Developer, you will:
- Analyze- help gather requirements and work closely with our Product Owners/ Analysts to define them.
- Design- create a workable platform/features from requirements.
- Build- write the most complex and crucial parts of the system.
- Improve- you are encouraged to look for ways to do things better and take on projects to do that.
- Mentor- you are encouraged to become a source of wisdom, teaching and support junior team members that can offer life-and career- changing benefits to you and your mentees at AINovation.
Your skills & qualifications
- You have 3 year experience with .NET or more and at least one year experience with Micro-services architecture.
- You have experience in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.Net MVC, Web Forms, Unit Test design and implementation, MS SQL, Web service creation/interaction, Web API.
- You have strong understanding of object-oriented programming and possess strong skills for writing reusable libraries.
Bonus points:
- You are familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
- You have experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests or working with front end technologies like Angular/ReactJS or with CRM platform.
