Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners, to promote laboratory testing services
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics, client feedback, and market insights.
  • Other tasks as requested by Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical, healthcare, or laboratory testing industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of medical or laboratory testing terminology is a plus.
