About Company
You will join us in participating Ruby on Rails projects of top Japanese customers. Potential technical lead or delivery lead for Japan market in Ha Noi.
Your role & responsibilities
- Analysis of system requirements, system design.
- Providing optimal technical solutions, solving problems.
- Carry out development work.
- Always improve productivity and quality of yourself.
Your skills & qualifications
- Skill: Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, React JS/Vue.
- Have at least 2 years working on Ruby on Rails.
- Proficient use Javascript, HTML and CSS.
- Understand and be able to use good metaprogramming and design patterns.
- Experience in git and gitflow.
- Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the plus point.
- Experience in restful work and services like google, facebook is the plus point.
- Being able to communicate in Japanese is a plus.
- Need to have Self-Learning skill and be able to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate and solve good problems.
- Ability to work independently and teamwork.
- Ability to learn and learn new techniques.
- Skills to synthesize information and report.
- High responsibility, professional working style.
