Your role & responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the store network in the local market (Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia…).
Conduct regular Retail Audits to ensure stores operate in compliance with Karofi standards.
Monitor inventory, sales, performance metrics, and promotional activities at each point of sale.
Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to implement sales promotion programs.
Propose operational improvements and contribute to the store network expansion plan.
Support team building and point-of-sale development during the initial stage.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly operational reports to the team in Vietnam.

Your skills & qualifications

Male/Female, aged 25–35, willingness to work abroad long-term (1–2 years)
At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry, having managed a chain of 5 or more stores, or experience in Retail Audit and retail operations inspection.
Experience in managing retail stores (electronics, home appliances, FMCG, fashion...)
English communication – Intermediate or better
Ability to train and supervise the sales team.
Strong sense of responsibility and readiness to take on new challenges.
Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
