Problem Solving:Provide L2 support: Respond to issues and complete Root Cause Analysis (RCA) within SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1+ year of experience with Pentaho Data Integration (PDI). Experience in Java and basic software development. Understanding of ETL processes and best practices. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
