[Remote/Fulltime] Project Manager (Good English speaking)

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Manage project activities across all project phrases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
• Review project plan to determine time-frame, staffing requirements and allotment of resources to various phases of the project.
• Be engaged to project coordination among various stakeholders and planning with development teams to make sure that goals are met.
• Ensure software development standards and practices are followed. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
• Know how to manage work, teams, clients and reporting structure of Agile and Scrum Development Frameworks.
• Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring.

• Strong communication skills as frequently join meetings with clients (English speaking).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in traditional project management as well as Agile methods.
• Proven experience in management. 
• Ability to work with cross-functional development team
