About Company
We are looking for a Release Support Consultant as part of the Customer Success & Support Department with the primary focus on ensuring the delivery of V-Key solution pcakges to customers.
Your role & responsibilities
- Working together with Release Management team and Devops team to collect the necessary components & assets for customer release
- Carry out the release process including: verify packages, upload package to release portal (using automation script) and send package information via email
- Update release packages to Confluence for data record & tracking purpose
- Work closely with the Release Management team and Devops team to collect all the necessary components, verify the customer information and release the package to customer via email
- Work together with the Technical Support team to manage the customer release information and ensuring all customer data is up to date
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma or IT cerficiation
- 1-2 year of experience working Support Consultant (Open for Fresher and Final-year student)
- Experience with command line in Windows/MacOS/Linux
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge about automation script (i.e. shell script, bash shell)
- Basic knowledge about Linux (i.e CentOS)
- Basic knowledge about software development is a plus
- Experience with Jira & Confluence is a plus
- Details-Oriented and meticulous
- High level of commitment and ability to manage tasks efficiency
- Work in a team environment
- Be smart, driven, curious, and empathetic support member
- Love to work with multi-national personnel
- Good at interpersonal communication with strong verbal / written English skills is a BIG PLUS
