Cadena is looking for a candidate to monitor and assess internal working procedures, lead project auditing activities and report those to management.
Your role & responsibilities
- Monitor changes and enhancement requests of quality assurance policies and procedures
- Evaluate quality assurance standards and procedures
- Implement appropriate corrective actions to quality assurance policies and procedures
- Document and report internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Identify training needs and organize training sessions to meet quality standards
- Manage document management system
Your skills & qualifications
- You have a college or bachelor's degree in general administration, management information systems or a related field.
- Attention to details
- Team player
- Good in verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in MS Office including Outlook / Excel / Word
- 1 – 3 years of experience
