The product team based in Australia build Software for Shools. Developed by educators, dedicated to schools. Our Software is used by over 500 schools and a series of public and private hospitals. The company’s training services continue to service the resources and government sectors as well as the international education market.
We are looking for a talented Quality Analyst to work with the team from Vietnam.
The Quality Analyst will work closely with the Software team and stakeholders to assure quality software is released within our Software Development Life cycle. Quality Analyst position will report directly to the QA Lead. You will be responsible for planning and executing manual and automation test activities for a range of products.

Your role & responsibilities
- Write, maintain and review test cases
- Perform functional testing during the development phase to ensure high product quality
- Defect management and coordination
- Work closely with developers and designers to understand the functionality and assist in resolving identified defects
- Develop automated tests with a focus on code readability and maintenance
- Communicate/ report updates on testing activities to senior stakeholder
- Perform regression testing as required
- Provide feedback on quality assurance processes to increase the effectiveness of the testing process
Your skills & qualifications
- 02-03 years of experience in manual and automation testing
- Knowledge of testing in an agile environment
- Previous experience with Katalon Studio and test management tools like PractiTest or willing to learn and work with Katalon
- Good team player - a passion to help your team members and working with them for the greater good
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking abilities
- Good communication skills, ability to clearly communicate with the developer and an eye for detail
- A positive, can-do proactive attitude
- Awareness of and adherence to Quality Assurance practices
