About Company
Your Role:
You will be joining the tech team and taking responsibility for product testing and quality assurance. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer. As a Quality Assurance Tester you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Performing structured testing all the LOGIVAN products.
- Clearly recording the results of your testing and communicating with the team.
- Highlighting any problems you discover and feeding them back to the appropriate team.
- Providing your viewpoint on ways to improve the UX of the product.
- Running automated tests.
- Suggesting ideas you may have for improvements to the features of the product.
- Keeping to deadlines and delivering consistently good work.
- Communicating clearly to allow the team to function smoothly.
- Building and maintaining a strong culture of great team morale, cohesiveness and high-performance.
Your skills & qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience:
- A relevant university degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with tech products.
- Prior experience of product testing and quality assurance in a relevant environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure bugs and mistakes are picked up quickly.
- The ability to keep your work clear and organised.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced start up environment.
- Ability to think like the end user to understand customer needs.
- English language to a good standard.
