About Company
We are looking for a QA Team Lead with solid testing and leadership skills. Candidates to join Geniee will participate in product enhancement and building Marketing technology products for million of users.
Your role & responsibilities
- Estimate and define test plan/ strategy for assigned products
- Lead a test team and control testing progress and quality
- Support and review testing artifacts from team members
- Create test plan and test cases, prepare test data
- Perform test cases exactly according to the design
- Write error reports, daily work reports
Your skills & qualifications
- Have at least 3 years of experience in web testing/app testing in which 1 year in Leader role
- Have deep knowledge of testing: terminology, software development process, test process
- Be able to analyze requirements, synthesize into separate documents, do Q&A
- Be able to read comprehensively and create test documents in English: test design, test viewpoint, checklist, test cases
- Be careful, meticulous, learn quickly, and have many creative ideas
- English at communication level. Japanese skill is a plus
