Your role & responsibilities
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation;
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation;
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues;
- Track project costs in order to meet budget;
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan;
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed;
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information;
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients;
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients;
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement;
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables;
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
Your skills & qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field;
- 5+ years of project management and related experience;
- Experience of developing product;
- PMP/Scrum Master certificate is preferable;
- Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile/ Scrum, Waterfall…);
- Experience of at least one software development lifecycle on Customer Experience &
- Creative marketing technology (ie, Mobile App, Website, Game, IOT, AR, VR etc);
- Experience of managing fixed price project;
- Experience of monitoring project quality, risk management & EVM concept;
- Master of at least one software development estimation method;
- Experience overseeing a construction project.
