To expand business activities in Vietnam, we are now looking for potential candidate for position of Project Leader with the above job scopes and requirements:
Your role & responsibilities
- Project Manager be responsible for managing projects with scope from more 10 members.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers as needed to make sure high quality of deliverable including managing expectations, changes, presenting, interfacing with vendors, customers.
- Building and managing schedule, resource, requirements, risk to ensure high quality, zero defect.
- Direct training, coaching, motivating development team.
Your skills & qualifications
- Vietnamese nationality.
- University degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experiences in software development, 3 year experiences in manager position, having full commercial application development, PMP certification is prefer.
- Experienced in AI or Big Data Analytics projects is strong plus (Image Processing, Voice recognition, Visualization, Insight analysis).
- Proven success in strategic management, leadership, planning and organizational skills required.
- Strong skills in negotiating services and software agreements with software and service vendors.
- Experience in development of desktop or API applications
- Experience in Database such as JSON/MS SQL/MySQL/DynamoDB.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with any of the following is a strong plus:
- AWS EMR.
- Hadoop Ecosystem: Spark/HDFS/Hive/Sqoop/Flume/Pig
- Containers: Docker/Kubernetes
- Machine learning toolkits on data analyzing and modeling (Sklearn, Pandas...).
- Willing to join projects related to AI (Image processing, NLP) & Big data analytics of Panasonic Corporation (Factory Automation, Assortment Optimization for Logistic, Convenience store, Image processing, NLP for appliance device, AI solution for IoT system).
