Your role & responsibilities
- Lead and evaluate projects and personnel, including the creation and management of project deadlines, budgets, and activities
- Identify resource and equipment requirements and strive to maximise resource utilisation
- Meet with stakeholders to define milestones, targets, and deliverables
- Actively seek to mitigate risks, problems, issues throughout the project
- Set up projects in TRG's system
- Keep track of project progress and report to stakeholders
- Negotiate change orders
- Maintain relationships with customers and vendors

Your skills & qualifications
- Proven experience in managing software implementation projects from initial to closure (preferably 4-15 years of relevant experience)
- PRINCE2, IPMA or PMI certified or relevant certifications are highly favourable
- Solid organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through deadlines/ projects simultaneously under minimal supervision
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups at all levels
- Ability to establish rapport with people inside and outside the organisation
- Result-orientation & strong analytical capabilities coupled with a sensitivity for cultural differences
- Leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
