Project Manager

• Managing 1-3 medium to large projects simultaneously.
• Taking leadership role in reviewing and improving working process.
• Contributing ideas to project evaluation metrics/KPI.
• Planning, estimating, and structuring the work and the project.
• Building and managing a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time.
• Estimating and managing the project budget.
• Identifying, tracking, managing, and resolving project issues.
• Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through change management.
• Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders.
• Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk.
• Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality.

• Experience:
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in project management.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience managing software projects.
• Having strong understanding and experience in project management process and various Software.
• Development models (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum,...).
• Having strong project management skills gained from various projects. Possessing PMP is a big plus.
• Fluent in English with Strong analytical, communication, and presentations skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Strong people interaction and relationship-building skills.
• Project experience developing small-scale CMS systems and/or eCommerce.
• Attendance requirement: flexible to work late evenings occasionally to accommodate schedules.
